Your first visit? You're in safe hands!

Our practice is dedicated to the treatment of gum problems and we will work in close harmony with your general dentist and other specialists if necessary. On your first visit we usually spend some time getting to know you before examining your mouth in detail to collect as much information as possible. This helps us to understand your problem thoroughly. We take x-rays whenever necessary and we use all this data to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.

After your first appointment we can usually decide on the first steps in your treatment programme and we are happy to estimate the cost of your treatment at that stage.

If you have any particular problems, worries or questions please make a note of them so that we can deal with them whilst you are with us.

About Mr Greene

Philip is a Specialist in Periodontics. His practice is devoted to the treatment of gum problems, including dental implants, working in close harmony with general dentists and other specialists. He has over 30 years experience in all types of dental practice and teaching. He has published many articles and papers in various dental journals and magazines and gives lectures and training days throughout the UK.

Qualified in 1971, he is an international member of the American Academy of Periodontology, a Founder member of the Expert Witness Institute and a member of the Council and Education Committee of the British Society of Periodontology.
