What To Expect As A New Patient |

As a new patient to the MALT HOUSE you can expect to find an experienced and caring team who understand that you may be feeling anxious about your first appointment with us. Your comfort and care are very important to us and you can be assured of a warm welcome on arrival. A member of our reception team will greet you and make you comfortable in our waiting area, offering you the oportunity to relax before your appointment. You will then be introduced to the dental nurse who will be looking after you and taken to meet the specialist you have come to consult. All of our team are available to answer any queries you may have before, during and after your visit.

We will:
- * Advise you how to achieve and maintain healthy teeth and gums.
- * Provide you with treatment options.
- * Explain why treatment is necessary and what it involves.
- * Provide you with a full treatment plan and estimate of costs.
- * Take the mystique out of dentistry by using terminology our patients understand.
- * Provide quality dentistry using modern and safe equipment.
Your Commitment To Us
You will:
* Attend all the appointments you have made with us or provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation when necessary.
* Take care of your oral health and use the maintenance techniques we teach you.
* Agree to settle fees at each appointment - this will be discussed with you prior to and during treatment, with estimates given when appropriate. 0% finance is available on request.
